Why can not the mobile phone software be installed?
Consult software instruction to verify whether it supports your mobile phone operating system.
MMS sending speed:
Depending on your MMS capacity, there is some different in the speed of GPRS network operators in different places in the world with an average value of 1kg every 2-3 seconds. While sending MMS, the response time of MMS gateway is also counted to be 2-3 seconds.
GPRS network operators in developed areas also support speed modulation, and software also provides MMS packing number setting. Please adjust locally.
MMSMK operation principle
As a PC-based MMS group sending software, MMSMK (Multimedia Messaging Service Modem King) has realized PC-based production codes and sending of MMS. Its operation principle is by simulating mobile phone sending process, transplant mobile phone-based MMS production and addressee into PC, thus using mobile phone or GPRS MODEM as an MMS group sending device for point-to-point MMS editing, production and large-size MMS group sending with a charge the same as that for mobile phone SIM card, depending on GPRS operators policy in the card release places.
1) Prompting unable to connect GPRS
1. Power-off the device, get out the SIM card, checking SIM card balanced. You can insert the SIM card to your cell phone, and try to send mms. If failed, please charge it; if successful, please check whether your GPRS MODEM works normally.
2. The way to check GPRS MODEM is, to power off the device for 30 seconds. If device indicator light shines normally, enter MMSMK again. Enter channel settings. If connected devices are normal, please try to send mms again.
3. If your system still cannot recover, please refer to point 2): pointing no started channel.
4. And, you must try to use windows to test MODEM and SIM card working normally or not.
....firstly go to windows control panel Diagnostics choices, select add Diagnostics (if you got Modem, skip this step), tick no-auto detect. Install 33600 standard Diagnostics. If you use COM, by default it is COM1, speed Bautrate choose 115200 (depends on modem properties). Then please go to the advanced page in this Modem properties (Extra initialization commands) , and input AT+CGDCONT=1, ”IP”, ”CMWAP”
5. Then, manually create GPRS dial connection. In control panel, in Network Connections, create a connection, dial to internet, left ISP blank, number blank, dial number is: *99***1#

6. If dialing failed, go to http: //www.mobilebrother.net/support.html download Dial Error Code Detail information.
7. If you got no problems in Windows testing, i.e. able to dial, you should carefully check MMS parameters.

8. If gateway settings are ok, please set MMSMK connection settings to mode 1, and point to the standard Diagnostics you just created, and then save. If mode 0 can neither send mms, please check MODEM Bautrate. Go to control panel-Diagnostics choices, click MODEM properties, check the default Baudrate. Go to channel settings, set Bautrate to default value, and save. If still unable to send, please restart your PC.
2) Prompting no started channel
Sometimes you started MMSMK and clicked sending MMS, but the system prompts no usable channel. Please exit MMSMK, go to Device Manager and forbid your GPRS device, and then enable it immediately afterwards. This happens because some programs occupied this port, and made MMSMK unable to work.
3) No sufficient balance, stop or not
Please check SIM card, referring to the 1st point in Big point 8.
4) Unable to add port
This is because you bought one-port MMS system. You need to upgrade it if you need to add port. You can go to our purchase page to see how to upgrade to multi-ports. If you have bought multi-ports, you will receive the upgrading registry code. Register again, and the system will upgrade to the ports amount to meet your need.
5) Whether the receiver has received the messages.
Please go to system settings and tick needing mms receipt. You can start sending MMS receiving. Basically every country’s GPRS carriers provide you the receipt sending/reading function (this is the same as email receipt function. If users read the mail, receipt will be sent out).
Some countries have no this function, but can provide a sms notifying you:
The user you sent to 917××××××× does not supporing MMS functions.
You can judge Bautrate by this. Once received notifications, this receiver is not MMS user. Your whole actgivity can remove this crowd of persons.
6) Why sending speed static
If progress long-time static, this is due to your SIM card got no enough balance, or gateway got no response, please exit MMSMK and try again.
7) Why sending messages failed.
Please decrease sending speed, suggesting below 300.
8) Why could not exit MMSMK
If you are receiving a mms, or you just start the receiving key, and the system just begins to scanning messages. Other situation is that you are sending MMS. If could not exit MMSMK for long time, you can open task manager, check the processes, and stop tasks beginning with MMSMK.
9) How to stop receiving
Please press F5, waiting for system received all message on road. And it will stop receiving the 2nd dms/mms.
10) SIM card normal but could not send messages
Please refer to 1) prompting unable to connect GPRS.
11) GPRS device signal light always shinning.
Please contact hardware immediately, it is always caused by circuit broken or GPRS module trouble.
12) Why keep on receiving mms?
This is because you sent to big amount of users. If you started receiving, then system will keep on receiving receipt and reports.
13) The receiver failed to receive the message
Reasons are the following:
1. Receiver’s memory full.
2. Receiver could not receive mms larger than 20KB. If you sent 100KB or 50KB, software and gateway will all displays as normal.
3. Gateway delayed, or the receiver is temporarily out of service area.
The solution is very simple, the following suggestions only resolve your questions. In most MMS selling activities, GPRS network status is very important.
Ask receiver to clean up all sms and mms.
Send mms within 5KB.
Ask receiver restarting the cell phone, and you try to send mms again.
