During use, you need to pay attention to the following:

1: The photo shall be taken when your facial expression is natural. If you deliberately elongate your face, you will get the analysis result of a long face undoubtedly;
2: Keep the light uniform; for example, avoiding excessive exposure or darkness. If it is even hard for you to see the photo clearly, you’d better not upload the photo;
3: The background of the photo shall not be excessively complicated; for example, more than one personal face or similar faces (such as flowers/leaves) behind you in the photo will possibly result in error detection;
4: Version 1.0 does not support multi-face detection, so please upload a photo of single face;
5: Please pay attention to the shooting angle, and take a photo of front face. If the shooting angle goes beyond 30 degrees, the system will not get the correct face shape, and you will get no result obviously;
6: Do not upload the photos of those other than personal faces or other data;
7: Please take off your eyeglasses during shooting, do not wear heavy makeup and do not block the face, for example, half of your face is blocked by your hat or your hair, or only a part of the face is shot;
8: We do not support the analysis of digital photos more than 3M, so please do not upload such photos;
9: If the uploading is slow, please wait patiently, and this is usually due to network reasons; if the program is just downloading, the interface may not switch, and you can close the program directly.
